A survey of more than 1,700 people found that nearly all of them (97%) said the quality of customer service offered by a financial company is among the most important things.

People want to feel respected and listened to – especially when dealing with something as important as seeking a loan or getting help saving for the future. No one likes that feeling when you can never speak with the same person twice or can’t even get a real person on the phone.
