Sometimes it’s the little things that matter most. The little gesture of kindness or the warm words that arrive just when you need them. 

As our 1st Franklin family stands on the doorstep of 2023, we’re looking back with New Year gratitude at the past year – grateful for our caring team and for customers who have become friends.  

“This staff is like family. Never have I had a bad experience at any time. I keep my loan open just to keep them. If you want to be treated well and be given a great experience I ask you to visit this office. They will go above and beyond for you and will exhaust all their efforts in making your loan possible.” 

That’s what a customer named Patricia Taylor wrote recently about her experiences with our Summerville, S.C., office. It means the world to us that as 2022 was ending and she was busy preparing for the holidays, she took the time to say that.

Patricia even mentioned that advice shared by our Summerville team has helped her improve her credit. That’s what gets us excited as we look ahead to 2023: Knowing that our efforts each year can make our customer’s lives better.

That personal connection is at the heart of what we do. And we’re glad it makes a difference.

Our staff, she said, “has always been so warm & welcoming towards me. On this particular day I needed help to set-up an online account. I was offered help at that moment, didn’t have to wait & staff was very patient & helpful & always extremely friendly. The ladies there are wonderful!”
