1FFC McDonough sponsored “Movie Night” for the residents of Haven House. We delivered popcorn, movies, and sweet treats for the mothers and their children to enjoy while spending quality time together watching family movies.

Haven House is a refuge for women and children of domestic violence who need immediate shelter. They serve Henry, Jasper, Butts and Lamar Counties.

A stay at Haven house can range from one night to several weeks. They are currently housing approximately 25 women and children and supply them with necessary essentials to help them transition into a safe and healthy environment.
