Covid-19 Update

Update – March 23rd, 2020

As we navigate this pandemic together, first and foremost we hope you and your loved ones are safe and well.

We are committed to help you during this time and are adapting to this new environment with some precautions intended to protect all of us.

While we remain open, starting March 24th, 2020 we will no longer be able to offer in-branch service without an appointment. IF you need personal assistance, or need to make a payment please call your local branch directly to make arrangements. Our branches are able to take your calls during our regular business hours.

Should you need a loan, we are still able to assist you. Feel free to call us or start an application online and a branch representative will call you to find the loan that’s right for you.

We’re in this together, and 1st Franklin will be there for you today and into the future.

Steps we are taking against the spread of COVID-19

While we stay focused on serving our customers and investors, we remain diligent by:

  • Continuing to closely monitor information and guidelines coming from the Center for Disease Control and other Health Agencies.
  • Following enhanced cleaning procedures at each office in accordance with best practices and guidance from health agencies.
  • Making available to employees and visitors anti-bacterial gels in each of our offices.
  • Asking employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing and maintaining social distancing.
  • Expanding work from home employees to include any employees who are able to effectively perform their job remotely.
  • Instructing employees to remain home if they feel ill or have been exposed to someone else who has been ill.
  • Separating staff in certain locations so we may continue to serve customers with no interruption in service.

Now is a great time to register your account online

Once you register your account online you will be able to view statements, check your balance or make a payment via the customer portal without leaving home. For final payment information please call your local branch for payoff details.

If you haven’t registered your account, its easy. Simply click account log in and then click set up your account. You’ll need your account number and a valid email address to complete your registration. You can find your account number at the top of your statement or in your loan documents.

If you need assistance, please call your local branch and one of our branch representatives can help you with registering online. We are here to assist you during our regular business hours 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Temporary Branch Closings

We will continue to serve you by working remotely and our staff will still be able to take your calls when you call the branch office phone number, so do not hesitate to reach out to us.
