We are certainly in the midst of unprecedented times, but our commitment to you; our valued investors and loan customers is unwavering. We put People 1st.


We will begin to open branches to walk-in service starting on May 18, however, some branches will still require appointments. May 18. You may locate your branch to see if your branch is open for personal service.

Please note we will be following recommended COVID-19 safety guidelines. Our branch representatives will be wearing masks, maintaining social distancing and closely following hand and workspace sanitation procedures.

While things may feel a little different, we are still the Friendly Franklin Folks and as always, we are here for you.

Steps we are taking against the spread of COVID-19

While we stay focused on serving our customers and investors, we remain diligent by:

  • Continuing to closely monitor information and guidelines coming from the Center for Disease Control and other Health Agencies.
  • Following enhanced cleaning procedures at each office in accordance with best practices and guidance from health agencies.
  • Making available to employees and visitors anti-bacterial gels in each of our offices.
  • Asking employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing and maintaining social distancing.
  • Expanding work from home employees to include any employees who are able to effectively perform their job remotely.
  • Instructing employees to remain home if they feel ill or have been exposed to someone else who has been ill.
  • Separating staff in certain locations so we may continue to serve customers with no interruption in service.

Now is a great time to register your account online

Once you register your account online you will be able to view statements, check your balance or make a payment via the customer portal without leaving home. For final payment information please call your local branch for payoff details.

If you haven’t registered your account, its easy. Simply click account log in and then click set up your account. You’ll need your account number and a valid email address to complete your registration. You can find your account number at the top of your statement or in your loan documents.

If you need assistance, please call your local branch and one of our branch representatives can help you with registering online. We are here to assist you during our regular business hours 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Temporary Branch Closings

We will continue to serve you by working remotely and our staff will still be able to take your calls when you call the branch office phone number, so do not hesitate to reach out to us.
