Steps we are taking against the spread of COVID-19

While we stay focused on serving our customers and investors, we remain diligent by:

  • Continuing to closely monitor information and guidelines coming from the Center for Disease Control and other Health Agencies.
  • Following enhanced cleaning procedures at each office in accordance with best practices and guidance from Health Agencies.
  • Making available to employees and visitors anti-bacterial gels in each of our offices.
  • Asking employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing and maintaining social distancing.
  • Expanding work from home employees to include any employees who are able to effectively perform their job remotely.
  • Instructing employees to remain home if they feel ill or have been exposed to someone else who has been ill.
  • Separating staff in certain locations so we may continue to serve customers with no interruption in service.

Once you register your account online you will be able to view statements, check your balance or make a payment via the customer portal without leaving home. For final payment information, please call your local branch.

If you haven’t registered your account, it’s easy. Simply click account login and then click set up your account. You’ll need your account number and a valid email address to complete your registration. You can find your account number at the top of your statement or in your loan documents.
